Stern is one of the largest automotive organisations in the Netherlands. After collaborating on a promotional activity with phoneholders, Stern presented our creative team with a problem they faced in their rental department. They required a solution that was branded and would assist them in organising their rental car documentation and keys.
In a joint development process we designed three custom products. The first is a custom document folder for the papers used in the rental department, including plastic inserts and compartments. All extra features were produced at tailor made sizes to exactly fit the materials used by Stern.
For organising rental car keys two custom made labels were designed that were inspired by suitcase labels. The choice for two designs originated from the fact that the labels needed to work for all types of car key designs. Both labels have transparent windows that can display information and in the larger one the key can also be safely kept behind in a closed area.
These three items for Stern are an excellent example of a customer presenting us with a problem and expressing a desire that required a completely tailor made product. Due to constant contact and collaboration with the customer during the development process, we are able to fulfil all needs and work to detail on every desired feature.
